INDUSTRIAL FILM
Usage: automatic thermocontraction packing of pallets, containing various products (construction materials, equipments, sanitary objects), packing of different products (chemical, food products, textils, industrial, furniture), covering and protecting different objects or surfaces, acidproof protection of steel and iron materials (blue colour film, with VCI –Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor).
Material: low density polyethylene LDPE;
Options: mono-layer or multi-layer (3 layers), thermocontractible, folded or unfolded, clear or coloured, with anti UV protection, tubular or semitubular, with Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor).
For all the films destined to alimentary products packing, PROINTERMED owns the Sanitary Licence issued by the Ministry of Health and Family.

Total film width: from 600 to 10.200 mm
Thickness: 0,02 - 0,2 mm (Sample: 0,13 mm)
Characteristics:
• superior mechanical resistance;
• excellent contraction properties under the influence of high temperature;
• controlled dimensional tolerances (automatic system controlling the thickness and the length);
• controlled properties on the exterior layers (for multilayer);
• constant re-tightening of the film.
Storage: the film is stored in covered, clean and dry warehouses, safe from direct action of the sunbeams at a distance of at least 2 m from any source of heat, at temperatures between +5OC and + 25OC, humidity 10-65%.
